晚发性抑郁症血清同型半胱氨酸水平与P300的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To explore therelationship between serum level of homocyteine(Hcy)and P300 in patients with late onset depression.Methods A total of 172 patients with late onset depressionin study group and 118 healthy people in control group were selected and examined with auditory evoked event-related potential P300 and the serum level of Hcy.Results The level of serumHcy in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The latency period of P300 in study group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05)and the amplitude of P300 significantly longer than that in control group(P<0.05).In study group, there were all no differences between the level of serum Hcy, the levels of P300 and the total scores ofHAMD(P>0.05).Conclusion There is high level of serum Hcy in the patients with late onset depressionthat there is no relationship between the serum Hcyand P 300 in the patients.%目的 探讨晚发性抑郁症患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与事件相关电位P300之间的关系.方法 对172例晚发性抑郁症患者(患者组)及118例正常对照者(对照组)进行听觉诱发的事件相关电位P300检测,采用酶法测定所有受试者的血清同型半胱氨酸浓度.结果 患者组血清Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.05).患者组P300波幅低于对照组(P<0.05),患者组P300潜伏期较对照组延长(P<0.05).相关分析显示,患者组血清Hcy水平与P300波幅、潜伏期及HAMD总分均无相关性(P>0.05),患者组HAMD总分与P300波幅、潜伏期无相关性(P>0.05).结论 晚发性抑郁症存在血清Hcy水平升高,血清Hcy与事件相关电位P300无直接相关性.
