解决底排火箭复合增程弹战斗部与发动机连接强度技术关键∗

         

摘要

国内某底排火箭复合增程弹型号项目,研制初期将战斗部和火箭发动机壳体设计为分体结构,在靶场强度射击试验过程中,出现战斗部与火箭发动机壳体连接螺纹损坏的现象,为解决螺纹连接失效问题,通过试验现象及理论计算分析,采取增加硬度较高的钢垫和上紧力矩等措施,通过炮射试验验证,彻底解决了这一技术关键。整个失效分析过程和解决途径对类似技术问题有一定的参考价值。%Warhead and rocket engine case of one domestic BB & Rocket long-range compounded projectile were designed as separated structure in its initial researching state and during strength test in shooting range, the threads connecting warhead with rocket engine case is damaged. In order to resolve the problem of threads damaging, through testing, theoretical calculation and analysis, the methods of adding hard steel shim and tightening moment were adopted, the technical problem was conquered. The failure analysis process and the resolving method can be as a guide for similar technical problems.
