非零攻角下空心弹阻力特性研究

         

摘要

In order to study the effect of angle of attack on resistance characteristics of hollow projectiles, three kinds of hollow projectiles with typical structure was simulated by Fluent software.The effect of angle of attack on flow field configuration of hollow projectiles was analyzed, as well as the drag coefficient under different angle of attack and different Mach number was got.The result showed that the external conical hollow projectile within the 16°angle of attack were not blocked.With the increase of angle of attack, the critical blocking velocity of mixed tapered and inner conical hollow projectile increased, and the critical blocking velocity had a sharp increase when the angle of attack was greater than 8°.The angle of attack had a lager effect on drag coefficient of inner conical hollow projectile and had a smaller effect on exteral conical hollow projectile.Recommended to choose external conical hollow projectile rather than inner conical hollow projectile.With the increase of angle of attack, the drag coefficient of hollow projectiles increased, and the drag coefficient had a sharp increase when the attack angle was greater than 4°.Quadratic formula without a term could be uesd to describe the relationship between attack angle and drag coefficient of mixed tapered and inner conical hollow projectiles.%为了研究攻角对空心弹阻力特性的影响,应用Fluent软件仿真3种典型空心弹结构方案空气动力流场,分析攻角对空心弹流场构型的影响,得到了不同马赫数、不同攻角下的阻力系数.结果表明:外锥形空心弹在16°攻角以内均未发生阻塞;混合锥形空心弹和内锥形空心弹临界阻塞速度随着攻角增大而变大,当攻角大于8°时,临界阻塞速度急剧增大.内锥形空心弹结构方案阻力系数受攻角影响较大,建议慎重选用;外锥形空心弹结构方案阻力系数受攻角影响较小,建议优先选用.空心弹阻力系数随着攻角的增大而增大,当攻角大于4°时,阻力系数增加很快;不带一次项的二次函数式可以较为准确的描述混合锥形空心弹和外锥形空心弹阻力系数与攻角的关系.
