四黄水蜜膏外敷配合乳房按摩治疗产后乳汁瘀积疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察四黄水蜜膏外敷配合乳房按摩治疗产后乳汁瘀积的临床效果.方法:100例随机分为对照组和试验组各50例, 两组均单用乳房按摩治疗, 试验组加用四黄水蜜膏外敷.结果:总有效率试验组高于对照组 (P<0.05) .结论:按摩疗法配合四黄水蜜膏外敷治疗产后乳汁瘀积, 能够更好的缓解产妇乳汁瘀积疼痛.%Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Sihuang Shuimi Ointment by external application combined with breast massage in the treatment of postpartum milk siltation. Methods: 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups (control group and experimental group). 50 cases in control group were single treated with massage therapy and 50 cases in experimental group were treated with massage therapy combined with Sihuang Shuimi Ointment by external application. Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Massage therapy combined with Sihuang Shuimi Ointment by external application could better alleviate the pain in the treatment of postpartum milk deposition.
