长春市正常**少年儿童X线头影测量研究

摘要

目的：建立正常牙　合X线头影测量值标准，探讨颅颌面发育的地区特征。方法：选择104例长春籍正常牙　合样本，男42例，女62例，年龄在12～16岁之间，对样本作X线头影测量研究。结果：得出Downs、Tweed、Graber分析法正常值标准。不同地区测量结果比较接近，但仍存在一定差异，具有统计学意义。结论：不同地区人群颅颌面发育各具特征，行X线头影测量分析时应参照所在地区正常值标准。%Objective: To study the standard values of cephalometric roentgenometry in adolescents with normal occlusion in Changchun . Method: Cephalometric roentgenographs of 104 adolescents with normal occlusion (42 boys and 62 girls, aged from 12 to 16 years old) were measurd and the data were analysed with Downs, Tweed and Graber methods. The data were compared with those obtained in the adelesents in Bejing,Xi'an and Shanghai respectively.Results:Normal standard values of cephalometry measured and analysed with Downs, Tweed and Graber methods in the adolescents in Changchun were statistically different from those in Beijing,Xi'an and Shanghai (P<0.05). Conclusions:Cranio-maxilla-facial development in adolescents has their own features in different area.
