目的 探讨3.0T MR 3D FIESTA+C成像序列对Ⅰ~Ⅻ对脑神经脑池段显示的临床价值.方法 对20例健康志愿者和20例相应颅脑神经症状患者进行3.0T MR检查,扫描序列为3D FIESTA+C及3D FIESTA.根据20例志愿者480支颅神经显示的清晰程度分为3个等级:清晰、较清晰、不清晰,前两者定义为显示,后者定义为未显示,而神经与血管的关系分为无接触、接触、压迫.结果 3D FIESTA+C及3D FIESTA 2种序列脑神经的显示率分别为:嗅神经(36/40、29/40 ),视神经(40/40、40/40),动眼神经(39/40、37/40),滑车神经(7/40、7/40),三叉神经(40/40、40/40),外展神经(38/40、37/40 ),面神经(40/40、40/40),前庭蜗神经(40/40、40/40),后组脑神经复合体(舌咽神经、迷走神经、副神经) (36/40、30/40;40/40、40/40;32/40、25/40),舌下神经(23/40、21/40).20例神经症状患者中4例显示血管与神经接触或压迫,3例显示神经本身肿瘤或肿瘤压迫神经,其中5例为手术或病理证实.结论 3D-FIESTA+C成像序列较为清晰显示除滑车神经之外其余11对脑神经脑池段形态及其与血管的关系,尤其对I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅹ8对脑神经脑池段的显示效果较好.%Objective To investigate the applied value of MR 3D-FIESTA + C sequences for showing cranial nerves Ⅰ -Ⅶ. Methods 20 volunteers and 20 patients with complaint of cranial nerves underwent MR imaging at 3. 0T MR scanner using 3D-FIESTA + C and 3D)-FIESTA sequences. According to showing condition of the cranial nerves by MR imaging in 20 volunteers, which were divided into three grades: 1 ( completely visualized) , 2 (partially visualized) , and 3 ( not visualized). The first two grades were defined as visualization and the last grade was no visualization. The relationships between nerves and surrounding vessels were divided into three grades: 1 (not contact) ,2(contact) and 3( compression). Results The rates of visualization of these cranial nerves with 3D-FIESTA + C and 3I)FIESTA were as follow respectively: nerve I (36/10 and 29/10 ),nerve Ⅱ ( 10/10 and 10/10) ,nerve Ⅲ (39/10 and 37/10 ), nerve Ⅵ (7/4 0 and 7/40), nerve Ⅴ (40/40 and 40/40), nerve Ⅵ (38/4 0 and 37/10 ), nerve Ⅶ(10/10 and 10/10), nerve 1(10/10 and 10/10), nerve Ⅸ - Ⅺ complex (36/40 and 30/10,10/10 and 10/10;32/10 and 25/10); nerve Ⅶ(23/10 and 21/10). The cranial nerves were of vascular or tumour compression or contact in 7 of 20 patients with complaint of cranial nerves. Conclusion MR 3D-FIESTA + C sequence can show the detail of anatomy of the cranial nerves ( Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ,ⅹ) and the relationship between nerves and surrounding vessels.
