后发障行Nd：YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗52例疗效观察

摘要

目的：回顾性分析Nd：YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障的疗效及安全。方法对52例(59眼)人工晶状体植入术后后发性白内障患者行Nd：YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗。结果59眼一次手术成功，术后视力均有不同程度提高。结论 YAG激光后囊膜切开术治疗后发性白内障简单、安全、有效。%Objetive To analyze the efficacy and safety of Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy in treatment of after-cataract cases . Method 52 after-cataract cases(59 eyes)of intraocular lens implantation were treated by Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy. Results The treatment was successfully conducted on one session in 59 eyes. The final visual acuity was improved in varying degrees in all cases. Conclusion Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy is simple, safe and effective in treatment of after-cataract.
