目的:研究药用棕色玻璃制品的透光率。方法参照《美国药典》和《日本药典》对药用棕色玻璃制品透光率的限度要求,测定了7个品种30批样品的透光率。结果对钠钙玻璃、低硼硅玻璃、中硼硅玻璃制品的棕色玻璃透光率进行初步研究,发现3种材质的玻璃制品的透光率差异较大。结论药用棕色玻璃制品透光性能的检测十分重要,药品生产企业应根据药品对光敏感性,选择合适的药包材,国家药包材标准中应建立测定棕色玻璃透光率的方法。%Objective To study the transmission of brown glass containers for pharmaceutical.Methods According to the methods of USP and JP on the limit of the transmission of brown glass containers,the transmissions of 30 samples from 7 types were detected.ResuIts After preliminary study on the the transmission of brown glass containers including soda lime glass tubing,low borosilicate glass tubing and middle borosilicate glass tubing,there were great difference in the results of the three kinds of brown glass containers.ConcIusion To study the transmission of brown glass containers for pharmaceuti-cal was becoming more and more important,pharmaceutical producing enterprises had to select the best packaging materials by the photosensitivity of the drugs,the methods of detecting the transmission of brown glass containers for pharmaceutical in YBB was in need.
