THE PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE SPLICING ISOFORM OF B_7.1,A COSTIMULATORY MOLECULE

B7.1 is the most important costimulatory molecule and has been studied extensively.We have got a B7.1 is form molecule whose length was different from the normal B7.1 fragment by using RT-PCR techi\nique in lymghoma biospies .This isoform was inserted a eukaryotic expressing vector and transfected into Hela cell line .The expressing situation was studied by immunohistochemistry technique using B7.1 monoclonal antibody.The results suggest that there is homogeneity,between the protein encoded by this isoform B7.1molecule and prototype B7.1protein.
