杭锦旗气田集输工艺优化研究

     

摘要

According to the characteristics of Hangjinqi Gas Field and the problems existing in exploitation,a calculation model was established by using OLGA software,then the optimization study on gathering process was carried out.The relative errors of the results calculated using the calculation model were less than 3%,so the actual operation conditions of the pipelines could be simulated accurately.Based on the calculation model,the amount of hydrate formation on high and low wellhead pressure,gathering distance with water and without water was calculated,respectively.The results showed that:The downhole choke,no wellhead heating,no alcohol injecting low pressure gathering process with water was most suitable for Hangjinqi Gas field,and it could resolve the problems of complex geomorphological conditions effectively,such as low point effusion,hydrate plugging,poor dehydration effect when liquid production was high at the early stage of high pressure gathering process.The single well entering station gathering distance was 6.5 km((DN80),two wells were 7 km(DN80-DN100) and three wells were 4 km(DN80-DN80-DN100).%针对杭锦旗气田的特点及开发中存在的难题,利用OLGA软件建立了集输工艺计算模型,进行了集输工艺优化研究.模型计算结果与实际运行参数相对误差在3%以内,能够较准确地模拟集输管网的实际运行情况.在此基础上,进行了高低压集输工艺下水合物生成情况,带液与分液工况下的集输距离的模拟计算.结果表明,井下节流、井口不加热、不注醇的低压带液集输工艺能较好地适应杭锦旗气田滚动开发的需要,可有效解决复杂地貌条件下,管道低点积液、管道水合物堵塞以及高压集气工艺前期高产液情况下天然气脱水效果差等问题.单井进站集输距离控制在6.5 km(DN80),两井串接进站集输距离7 km(DN80-DN100),三井串接进站集输距离4 km(DN80-DN80-DN100).
