钢质原油储罐底板外壁的阴极保护

     

摘要

The design,construction procedure and testing results analysis of impressed current cathodic protection for external side of bottom plate of 100000 m3 storage tank are presented in this work.A technical scheme is proposed in the case of reasonable parameters selection and compared with recommended national standard.Potential testing with and without impressed current removed is carried out,finding that the results are both in the range of effective protection.After 1year running,the increasing output current and decreasing loop resistance are ascribed to the synergistic effect of damaged coating and increased corrosion capability of electrolyte.%以单台100000 m3原油储罐为对象,从设计过程、施工流程、测试结果分析等多方面系统介绍了原油储罐外壁强制电流近阳极地床阴极保护工程.在合理选择参数的情况下,通过计算提出阴极保护技术方案,并与国标推荐做法进行了对比.投入运行后,对阴极保护系统进行了通电和瞬断电位测试,发现罐底板电位均处于保护范围内,说明阴极保护系统有效运行.运行1年后,阴极保护系统存在输出电流增大,回路电阻减小的情况,这是由涂层破损,介质腐蚀性提高协同作用引起的.
