十八大以来学术界关于反特权的研究综述

摘要

Ever since the Eighteenth CPC Congress,the academic circles have conducted in-depth research on the theories around the definition of privilege,privilege of cadres,cadres of the privileged forms,cadre of privilege of hazards and manage-ment cadre privileges countermeasures for leader privileges.However,there are still a lot of problems in the research content and research methods which needs further development and improvement in theory and practice in the future.%十八大以来，学术界围绕特权的定义、产生干部特权的原因、干部特权化的表现形式、干部特权化的危害性及治理干部特权化的对策等方面进行了深入的理论研究并取得了一定的理论成果。但在研究内容和研究方法方面还存在着很多不足，今后需要在理论和实践中进一步发展完善。
