基于云服务的流量积算管理系统研究

         

摘要

流量积算管理系统由现场采集控制设备和云服务中心组成.现场采集控制设备用于采集现场设备的流量、温度、压力等信号,并将数据发送到云服务中心,云服务中心负责流量的集中积算、实时数据和历史数据的存储以及Web交互展示和控制.系统实现了流量数据的分布式采集、云端集中积算、数据统一存储、Web交互展示和控制等功能,满足了生产现场对流量数据统一管理的需求,同时为扩展其他应用模式提供了成熟可用的架构模型和基础.将分布式云计算技术应用于工业生产过程的监测和控制,对于提高系统的实时性、兼容性、可扩展性以及降低设备的造价和维护成本起到了促进作用.%The flow totalizer management system is composed of the field acquisition control equipment and the cloud service centre.The field acquisition control equipment is used for gathering such field equipment'signals as totalizer,temperature,pressure and transmitting these data to the cloud service centre.The cloud service centre is responsible for the centralized totalizer,the storage of real-time data and history data,the interaction exhibition and control of Web.The system realizes the functions like the distributed acquisition of flow data, the centralized totalizer of cloud service,the unified storage of the data,the interaction exhibition and the control of Web, meets the demand of unified management of the flow data by the production field,and at the same time,provides mature and usable architecture model and basis for extending to other application model.The technology of distributed cloud calculation can be applied in monitoring and controlling the process of industry production which can help to improve the real-time, compatibility, expandablity of the system and reduce the manufacture and maintenance costs of the equipment.
