自2007年起，中国文化产业投资界掀起了一股产业基金热潮，从国家到地方各式产业投资基金纷纷成立。国家在金融支持文化产业发展的政策环境上也呈现出利好趋势。省级文化产业基金作为国家之外资金最为雄厚，指向性最为明确的区域文化产业投融资渠道理应成为文化与金融融合的中坚力量。但在组建和操作的过程中也需要充分考量金融秩序与潜在风险等。%Since 2007 ,China's cultural industry investment circle has triggered off a boom in industrial fund ,and a variety of industrial funds from national to local level have been set up .The state financial support for cultural industry is also showing a positive trend in policy .Provincial cultural industry fund , which is the most financially powerful ,and the most directionally clear regional cultural industry invest-ment and financing channels ,should become the backbone of the cultural and financial integration .But in the process of the formation and operation it is necessary to fully consider the potential risks associated with the financial order .In this study ,the authors take the less developed provinces ,which are often over-looked ,as examples to make a preliminary study on the above problems .
