目的 探讨基层医院收治大批突发事故患者的护理管理方法,提高护理管理效能.方法 建立急诊护理管理链,包括对全院急诊护理组护士进行规范化培训、成立紧急救护领导小组、加强病区及抢救设备的管理,以及制定和实施急救链式护理管理流程.结果 紧急救治34起突发事件,405例患者中未发生1例并发症及医院感染,患者及家属对急救护理和服务质量满意度分别为100%和99.7%.结论 急救链式护理管理流程能使基层医院在有限的人力资源下,有效地应对突发事件,提高急救的护理质量.%Objective To explore nursing management methods in case of emergency in grass-root hospitals and to improve nursing management efficiency. Methods We built up chain management process of emergency nursing care as follows: we provided standardized training program for nurses in emergency team, established a team to lead emergency nursing care, strengthened management of wards and first-aid equipment, formulated a chain workflow for emergency nursing management, and put the workflow into practice. Results Within observation period,a total of 34 cases of emergency took place involving 405 patients. However, no cases developed complications and nosocomial infection. Patients and their family had high satisfaction with emergency care (100 ％) and the quality of nursing service (99.7 ％ ). Conclusion Application of emergency chain management process in grass-root hospitals enables medical staff to take effective measures against emergency, which improves the quality of emergency nursing care.
