建立康复站对社区精神分裂症患者实施康复训练效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨建立康复站对社区精神分裂症患者实施康复训练的效果.方法 建立街道"阳光心园"康复站,2010年1-12月对南码头街道社区16例精神分裂症患者制订个体康复训练计划,开展音乐视听、书法绘画、烹饪、工艺制作、体育活动、劳动作业等康复训练活动.并运用日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL) 和简明精神量表(Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,BPRS)对本组患者进行康复效果评价.结果 16例精神分裂症患者入站时与康复训练1年后工具性日常生活能力量表和BPRS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 建立康复站对社区精神分裂症患者实施康复训练,能有效增强患者的社会功能和日常生活能力,减轻患者的精神病性症状.%Objective To discuss the effect of rehabilitation station on recovery training for schizophrenia patients in community. Methods Altogether 16 schizophrenia patients participated in the recovery training in "Sunshine Heart Park" rehabilitation station in the community in 2010. Music and video, calligraphy and painting, cooking, crafts, sports, and other recovery training activities were included. The Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL) and the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) were used to assess curative effects of the 16 patients. Results The scores of ADL and the BPRS before and after training revealed statistical significance in these patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of "Sunshine Heart Park" rehabilitation station and the training can effectively enhance the social function and daily living skills of patients with schizophrenia.
