目的 探讨中国文化背景下心力衰竭患者缓和医疗照护的服务内容.方法 采用半结构式访谈法,访谈13名缓和医疗照护、社区、心血管领域的医疗护理专家,并运用内容分析法分析访谈资料.结果 研究共转录55204字.共提取缓和医疗照护服务内容的分析单元525个,最终提炼出躯体照护、心理支持、灵性照护、沟通教育、亲属支持、社会支持6个主题.结论 构建符合中国国情的心力衰竭患者缓和医疗照护服务内容是推动其实践发展的基础.%Objective To analyze the service contents of palliative care for patients with heart failure in China. Methods Semi-structured interview was conducted and totally 13 experts from the fields of palliative care, cardiology and primary care were interviewed.All these data were analyzed by content analysis. ResuIts A total of 55,204 words were transcribed and 525 meaning units were identified in the interviews. Six themes were extracted including physical care, psychological support, spiritual support, communication and consultation, holistic care with family as the focus, and social support. ConcIusion Identification of key points in palliative care for heart failure population in China contributes to the relevant practice for palliative care of heart failure people.
