重庆市二级及以上医院手术室护士术前访视行为的调查

摘要

Objective To investigate the status of preoperative interview conducted by operating room nurses so as to improve the quality of nursing.Methods The way to collect patients' information, focus of preoperative interview and health education behavior were investigated among 334 operating room nueses. Results Among the participants,84.43％ nurses believed that preoperative interview was necessary. The differences between different level hospitals were significant(P ＜ 0. 01 or P ＜ 0.05 ) in the way to collect patients' information, focus of preoperative interview and health education behaviors.Conclusion There are some discrepancies in preoperative interview conducted by nurses in different level hospitals. It is necessary to formulate the standards of preoperative interview and quality control to ensure the quality of interview.%目的 调查手术室护士术前访视行为,促进护理质量的提高.方法 对334名手术室护士进行问卷调查,调查手术室护士收集患者信息的方式、术前访视关注点及健康教育行为.结果 84.43%的护士认为有必要实施术前访视.不同级别医院手术室护士收集患者病情的方式、术前信息关注点和术前健康教育行为不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 不同级别医院手术室护士术前访视行为存在差异,需要制订术前访视执行标准和质量控制标准来确保访视质量.
