Objective To explore the effect of the group responsibility system applied in the pilot wards. Methods The measures included changing the method of work division and scheduling,every group being responsible for the nursing work of a certain number of patients,group members jointly providing the overall and continuous nursing services for them, strengthening the management, and pcrfecting the systems of supporting, supervision, and inspection.Results The qualified rate of basic nursing, the satisfaction degrees of patients, nurses, and doctors with nursing work were increased, and the accompany rate,the incidence of nursing defects,and patient complaints were decreased ( P ＜ 0. 01 or P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion The implementation of group responsibility system in pilot wards is helpful to enhance the continuous improvement of basic nursing quality,ensure the safety of nursing, make nurse -patient relationship and nurse - doctor relationship closer, and achieve the synchronized improvement of satisfaction of patients, nurses, and doctors.%目的 探讨试点病房实施责任小组包干制护理的效果.方法 改变分工方式与排班形式,以责任小组的形式承包一定数量的病床,小组成员共同对负责患者实施整体的、连续的护理服务.同时加强管理与完善支持保障系统及监督检查机制.结果 基础护理合格率及患者、护士、医生对护理工作的满意度均提高,患者陪护率、护理缺陷与患者投诉发生率均降低(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 责任小组包干制护理的实施,促进了基础护理质量的持续改进与提高,确保了护理安全,密切了护患、医护关系,实现了护理质量及患者、护士、医生满意度的同步提升.
