ICU护理质量管理系统的建立及应用效果研究

摘要

目的 建立ICU护理质量管理系统,并探讨其临床应用效果.方法 开发ICU护理质量管理系统,在此基础上制订信息化护理质量持续改进方案并应用于护理质量管理中.结果 改进后,基础护理、护理文书、安全目标与急救管理、感染控制与职业防护4个方面的护理质量得分均提高(P＜0.01);留置导尿管相关泌尿系感染预防、呼吸机相关性肺炎预防、中心静脉导管相关血流感染预防的执行合格率均上升(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 ICU护理质量管理系统的建立和应用有效提高了科室护理质量,有利于促进护理质量持续改进.%Objective To develop ICU nursing quality management system,and to determine its effect on clinical work.Methods Developed ICU nursing quality management system,made informatization nursing quality continuing processing methods and putted into nursing quality system.Results The nursing quality in the four parts (including basic nursing,nursing records,safty goal and emergency management,infection control and occupational protection) improved after the reform(P ＜ 0.01).The qualification rates of precaution of urethral catheter associated urinary tract infection,ventilator-associated pneumonia,catheter -related blood stream infection increased (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The development and application of the nursing quality management system for ICU has greatly improved nursing quality,which will help promote continuous nursing quality improvement.
