基于CDM的复合材料层合板插层补强强度分析

     

摘要

Aim. The introduction of the full paper reviews a number of papers in the open literature and then applies proved methods to the reinforcement design mentioned in the title. Sections 1 through 3 explain our application and its evaluation. Section 1 briefs the proved constitutive model for composite laminates. The core of section 2 consists of; (1) it briefs the experimental results of Ref. 12; (2) it gives our results of numerical simulation, which agree quite closely with the experimental results of Ref. 12. Table 2 in subsection 3. 1 presents the simulation results of seven lay-up configurations. Fig 2 in subsection 3. 2 presents the simulation results of four size dimensions. The core of sections 1 through 3, stated in a different form, consists of; ( 1) the CDM is implemented in ABAQUS subroutine UMAT program, which is capable of simulating the strength and progressive damage of composite laminate structure from initial failure to final collapse; (2 ) two design parameters, lay-up configuration and size dimension, of reinforced laminate, for reinforcement design are discussed.%文章针对复合材料插层补强层合板损伤破坏问题,基于各向异性材料连续介质损伤力学方法,引入材料损伤状态变量对复合材料损伤情况进行描述,建立了复合材料插层补强三维非线性渐进损伤模型;利用该模型对复合材料插层补强层合板的损伤破坏进行了准确预测.重点对补强设计中插层材料铺层比例和补强半径两个设计参数进行了研究,得到了复合材料开口层合板理想的插层材料铺层比例及补强半径范围.
