论我国种业企业核心竞争力及其培育

         

摘要

种业企业是种业发展的主体和组成细胞,我国种业企业总体上表现为“多、小、散”的发展格局,种业企业缺乏核心竞争力。打造全球育种研发平台、塑造种子价值营销体系是国际领袖培育企业核心竞争力通用做法。构建我国种业企业包含上游研发价值链、下游客户价值链在内的种业价值链系统是做强我国种业发展的关键。选择“精品种子”进行研发与生产、打造过硬的种子育种研发平台、建立种子价值营销体系、推行精细化服务、加强种子认证制度建设与知识产权保护是培育我国种业企业核心竞争力和促进我国种业持续发展的重要对策。%Seed enterprise is the main body of the development and component cells of seed industry .China's seed industry in general shows a development pattern of "great quantity ,small scale and scattered distribution",so the seed enterprises lack core competitiveness .To create a global breeding platform for the development of the seed value marketing system is the common practice of international leaders to cultivate the core competitiveness of en ‐terprises .Constructing seed enterprises that contain upstream R&D value chain and downstream customers ’ value chain is the key to the development of China ’s seed industry .Choosing quality seeds for research and development and production ,creating excellent seed breeding research platforms ,establishing seed value marketing system ,im‐plementing sophisticated services ,and strengthening seed certification system construction and protection of intel‐lectual property rights are important ways to cultivate the core competitiveness of China's seed industry enterprises and promote their sustainable development .
