民族地区新兴城市群人力资本价值评估

摘要

Taking 2010-2012 panel data of Lan-Xi-Ge urban agglomeration as the sample,through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system of the human capital value,the global prin-cipal component analysis method was used to estimate the value of human capital.The paper thinks that the development of human capital should be based on systematic thinking,focusing on the devel-opment of feasible ability,strengthen the regional characteristics of human capital development,and embody the diversification of human capital development objectives invarious patterns.%研究以2010年-2012年兰西格城市群面板数据为样本,通过构建人力资本价值综合测评指标体系,利用全局主成分分析方法进行人力资本价值估算.研究认为,应当以系统化思维构建人力资本开发工程,重在培养可行能力,强化人力资本开发的区域性特征,以多种模式体现人力资本开发目标的多元化.
