Based on the special site conditions in dry-hot valley in Yunnan, influence of mycorrhizal seedling raising of Acacia auriliformis on the planting effect under different moisture contents were investigated. The results showed that water stress and Pt. Mycorrhizal inoculation could greatly improve the planting results. Indices such as survival rate, young tree height, and ground diameter increased with the application dosage of Pt. Mycorrhizal, better than normal watering treatment, indicating that water stress and Pt. Mycorrhizal inoculation had interaction on plantlet quality. The best seedling raising measures was to inoculate Pt. Mycorrhizal 15 g under drought stress, or to inoculate Pt. Mycorrhizal 15 g under normal watering conditions. The plantlet quality evaluation indices are ground diameter, root size (thickness), lateral roots and principal roots length.%以大叶相思为研究对象,针对干热河谷特殊的立地条件,采用Pt.(彩色豆马勃)菌根化育苗及干旱胁迫处理措施,研究不同处理下苗木的造林效果.结果表明,水分胁迫和接种Pt.菌剂的育苗技术能显著的提高大叶相思苗木的造林成效,大叶相思苗木的造林成活率、幼树树高和地径的增长量随着接种Pt.菌剂剂量的增加而提高,其提高的程度为干旱胁迫下的高于常规浇水的,表明水分胁迫和接种Pt.菌剂对该苗木质量的影响存在交互作用.大叶相思在干热河谷的最佳育苗措施为干旱胁迫处理下接种Pt.菌剂15 g,常规浇水下接种15 g,该树种出圃苗木质量评价指标为地径、根粗、侧根长、主根长和苗高.
