4种地被观赏竹抗旱性综合评价研究

             

摘要

Physiological and biochemical indices of the four dwarf bamboos species undertrought stres were measured( Pleioblastus kongosanensis f. aureostriatus, Sasa fortunei , Sasa argenteostriatus and Sasa auricoma). Their drought resistances were evaluated by subordinate functions. The results indicated that the water content of leaf, the free proline contents, the cell membrane permeability, the MDA contents and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT could be considered as the indices of drought tolerant, and the drought resistances of four dwarf ornamental bamboos was in the order of Pleioblastus kongosonensis f. >Sasa fortunei > Sasa auricoma > Sasa argenteostriatus.%以黄条金刚竹、菲白竹、铺地竹、菲黄竹4种地被观赏竹为试验材料,进行人为控水干旱胁迫,以正常浇水组为对照,测定干旱胁迫下4种地被观赏竹的质膜透性、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量等生理生化指标,运用主成分分析方法和隶属函数法对4种地被观赏竹进行抗旱性指标的选取和抗旱性综合评价.结果表明,各生理指标反映抗旱能力从高到低顺序为CAT、POD、脯氨酸、SOD、可溶性蛋白、叶片含水量、细胞质膜透性、可溶性糖、MDA、叶绿素含量,4种地被观赏竹的抗旱性从高到低顺序为黄条金刚竹、菲白竹、菲黄竹、铺地竹.
