引种盐松不同种源种子表型性状和发芽特性

     

摘要

以大兴安岭种源樟子松种子为对照,对引进的9个盐松种源种子的表型性状和发芽特性进行了研究,结果表明:各种源种子净度高,含水量适中,适合干藏法贮藏;不同种源之间种子长、宽、厚、厚宽比、千粒质量、发芽率、发芽指数差异显著,而长宽比、发芽势和平均发芽时间差异不显著;四唑染色测种子的生活力结果与对比发芽试验的结果很接近,说明用四唑染色方法能较准确地测定盐松种子的发芽能力.对比引进盐松和国内樟子松种子发现,引进盐松种子在质量、体积和发芽能力上均高于国内樟子松种子,但形状差异不大.相关分析表明,引进种子各性状之间多数存在显著正相关关系.%An experiment was conducted to study the phenotypic traits and germination characters of Pinus sylvestris ssp. kulen-densis seeds from nine provenances introduced from abroad by comparing with P. sylvestris ssp. mongolia seeds from Dax-ing' an Mountains. Results showed that the seeds from all the provenances had a high purity and a moderate water content,which was suitable for dry preservation. There were significant differences in seed length, width, thickness, thickness/width, 1 000-seed weight, germination percentage, and germination index among the provenances, but unobvious differ-ences in length/width, germination energy and average gemination time. The seed viability tested by TTC was close to the germination rate under controlled germination condition, indicating that it is reliable to apply the TTC dyeing method to germination potential test of seeds. Comparison between the seeds of two domestic tree species indicated that P. sylvestris ssp. kulendensis seeds were superior in mass, volume and germination potential, and similar in shape. Significant positive correlations were observed between most traits of the introduced seeds by correlation analysis.
