重金属铬胁迫对土壤微生物数量及酶活性的影响

         

摘要

通过土培铬(Cr)胁迫试验,土壤样品采集及室内测定,研究了重金属Cr污染对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响.结果表明,土壤中微生物数量由多到少依次为细菌、放线菌、真菌,与对照土壤相比,处理水平下土壤中重金属Cr质量浓度的增加在一定程度上抑制了微生物的生长,导致土壤中的细菌、放线茵和真菌数量的减少;酶活性表现为抑制作用,土壤腺酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性与土壤Cr质量浓度都呈显著的负相关,相关系数分别为-0.862和-0.650,其活性在一定程度上可表征土壤受三价铬污染程度.%A heavy metal (Cr) stress experiment was conducted to study the effect of Cr pollution on soil microbe quantity and enzyme activity by soil sample collection and indoor measurement. Results indicated that the quantity of soil bacteria was the highest, followed by actinomycetes and fungi. Compared with the control, elevated Cr concentration restrained the growth of microorganism to a certain degree within the tested Cr concentrations, which resulted in a decrease in quantities of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi. Enzyme activities in soil also decreased with increasing Cr concentration. The activities of urease and catalase had significant negative correlations with Cr concentration, and the correlation coefficients were -0.862 and -0.650 respectively. Urease and catalase activities could be used as indicators for soil Cr pollution.
