An experiment was conducted to study the effects of drought stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Callistephus chinensis ( L. ) Nees cv. Jinongda Blue. Results showed that the relative water content declined while proline content, MDA content and relative electrical conductivity increased. The activities of SOD and POD increased first and then decreased with the prolonged stress and increasing stress level. Treatment T2, that is, soil relative water content is 50%-60% of maximum water-holding capacity, is the highest drought stress under which C. chinensis can grow normally.%以“吉农大蓝翠菊”(Callistephus chinensis (L.) Nees‘ Jinongda Blue’)为试材,研究干旱胁迫对其苗期生理生化特性的影响.结果表明,随胁迫程度的加深,翠菊的相对含水量变化呈下降趋势;脯氨酸质量分数、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度和细胞膜透性的变化呈上升趋势;SOD和POD活性的变化随时间的延长和程度的加深呈先上升后下降趋势.综合得出,处理T2(土壤相对含水量占田间土壤最大持水量的50% ~ 60%)是翠菊维持正常生长能承受的最高程度干旱胁迫.
