海州矿排土场不同植被恢复类型土壤生物活性1)

         

摘要

We studied the soil enzyme activity and microbial population influence in five types of restoring vegetations including locust, elm, vitex, periploca and maize crop in the Haizhou coalmine dump, and analyzed the characteristics of soil bio⁃logical activity and soil biological activity and soil physicochemical properties correlation. The arbor catalase activity in dif⁃ferent soil depth was significantly higher ( P<0.05) than other types of vegetation restoration and maize crop urease activi⁃ty, and the invertase activity was significantly higher than other types of vegetation restoration. The maize crop in 0-10 cm soil depth microbial population was significantly higher than other types. The number of bacteria and fungus in the locust and the number of actinomycetes in maize crop was significantly higher than other types in 10-20 cm soil depth. There was a certain correlation between soil enzyme activities, soil microbial population and soil physicochemical properties ( P<0.05) .%以海州露天矿排土场为研究对象,分析不同植被恢复类型土壤生物活性特征,并对土壤生物活性与土壤理化性质进行相关性分析。结果表明:不同土层中乔木林过氧化氢酶活性显著高于( P<0.05)其他植被恢复类型,玉米作物脲酶活性和蔗糖酶活性显著高于其他植被恢复类型;玉米作物0~10 cm土层微生物种群数量显著高于其他植被恢复类型,刺槐林>10~20 cm土层细菌和真菌数量、玉米作物放线菌数量显著高于其他植被恢复类型;土壤酶活性和土壤微生物种群数量与土壤理化性质间存在不同程度的相关性( P<0.05)。
