电厂水泵故障分析及整治方法研究

             

摘要

水泵是发电厂重要的辅机设备,其安全、经济运行影响着发电机组的稳定性能。但是,电厂水泵的故障率也非常高。首先,给出了电厂水泵常见故障分类并对简要分析了故障原因;其次,介绍了水泵故障层次分类诊断法,并运用该方法对凝水泵的故障进行了分析;最后,给出了凝水泵故障的整治方法。通过对电厂水泵故障的诊断和分析,可以减少电厂水泵的故障率,保证机组正常运行,对电厂机组的稳定性能具有重要的意义。%Power plant water pump is not only an important auxiliary equipment,but also its safe and economic operation is the key to stable operation of power plant generator. Power plant water pump failure rate is higher. Firstly,westudied the faults caused by vibration of the equipment in power plants and did corresponded analy-sis. Secondly,we conductde diagnosis based on the rule-based classification principle. Finally,the established rule of fault diagnosis is applied to the problem of a power plant condensate pump vibration to find the reason of the condensate pump vibration. There are important significance that through the pump fault diagnosis and nanlysis of the power plant, it can reduce the pump failure rate and ensure the normal operation of the unit state.
