基于CRCI-GRA模型的区域农业水土资源复合系统恢复力评价指标体系优选

         

摘要

The rational construction of the index system is the basis and key to evaluate the resilience of the regional agricultural water and soil resources combined system. This article conducted Jiansanjiang Administration of Agricultural Reclamation in Heilongjiang Province as an example.According to Dale's indicator selection principle and TOSE model, based on five dimensions of nature, ecological, social, economic, and technical management to constructing the framework of resilience evaluation index system of agricultural water and soil resources combined system, selected 50 evaluation indicators as the primary selection library. For the problem of the applicability of existing indicators screening, this article draws on the standard of significant re-correlation, firstly, using the relative discrete coefficient of the index, calculate the contribution rate of cumulative information (CRCI) which reflect the size of the indicator information, therefore, 10 indicators that have weak influence on the evaluation results are excluded. Then, using the gray correlation degree (GRA) between the remaining indicators screen out five indicators with repeated information to complete the final selection.By comparing the information substitutability for screening indicators, verification of the completeness and reliability of the method was used in this paper.%指标体系合理构建是评价区域农业水土资源复合系统恢复能力基础和关键.文章以黑龙江省农垦建三江管理局为例,依据Dale单个指标入选原则及TOSE空间维度模型从自然、生态环境、社会、经济、技术管理5个维度构建农业水土资源复合系统恢复力评价指标体系框架,选择50个评价指标组成区域农业水土资源复合系统恢复力评价指标体系初选库.针对现有指标筛选研究适用性问题,利用指标相对离散系数及累计信息贡献率(CRCI)剔除对评价结果影响较弱的10个指标,运用剩余指标间灰色关联度(GRA)筛选信息重复5个指标完成最后优选.通过与信息可替代筛选指标方法比较,验证方法完备性与可靠性.
