土壤样品风干后对土壤酶活性的影响

             

摘要

土壤酶是一种生物催化剂,参与土壤中的各种生物化学过程,其活性在土壤中的表现在一定程度上反映了土壤生化状况.分别对玉米地和大豆地不同生长时期的风干土壤样品和新鲜土壤样品的脲酶,蔗糖酶和多酚氧化酶活性进行分析测定.结果表明,风干土壤样品与新鲜土壤样品酶活性在多数情况下差异不显著.因此土壤样品风干后进行土壤酶活性分析更加方便.%Soil enzyme is the biological catalyst which participates in a variety of biochemical processes in soil and to a certain extent, and its activity reflects the status of the soil. In this paper, the activities of unease, invertase and polyphenol oxidase from air-dried and fresh soil samples were analyzed. Results showed that in the most cases, enzyme activities had no significant difference between air-dried and fresh soil samples. Therefore, use of air-dried soil samples would facilitate the analysis of soil enzyme activities.
