深施液态施非圆齿轮扎穴施肥装置试验分析

         

摘要

In view of the working principles and features of deep-fertilization of liquid fertilizer, a kind of test equipment for deep-fertilization of liquid fertilizer was designed. After the illustration of working principles for the device, quadratic orthogonal-rotation combination experiment was conducted to test the pricking-hole performance. Processing the data with Design-Expert 6.0.1 software, the influence of rotating rate of planetary frame and forward speed of the test-bed to the width of the hole and the distance of the holes was obtained. According to the agronomic requirements of fertilization, the working parameters of test equipment were optimized as follows: the rotating rate of planetary frame is 72 r-min-1 and the forward speed of the test-bed is 0.49 m ? S-1. Further proof test based on the optimum working parameters showed that, the parameter combination optimized with the software could meet the design requirements stipulated by the agronomy.%针对深施液态肥的工作原理和特点,设计了一种液态肥深施试验装置.文章阐述了该试验装置的工作原理,对其扎穴性能进行二次旋转正交试验;应用Design-Expert 6.0.1软件进行数据处理,获得了行星架转速与试验台车前进速度之间的交互作用对沟痕宽度和穴距的影响.根据农艺要求,优化得出试验装置的最佳工作参数组合为:行星架转速72 r·min-1,试验台车前进速度0.49 m·s-1.通过进一步试验验证,结果表明,由软件优化后的的参数组合能够满足农艺要求的设计,为样机设计提供重要的理论依据.
