目的:将我院传统中药饮片与中药小包装饮片进行比较,对使用中存在的问题进行归纳和分析,探讨传统中药饮片与小包装饮片的优劣,推动中药现代化。方法:从本院药品信息管理系统中提取传统饮片与小包装饮片使用信息,对各类中药饮片进行数据排序与统计分析。结果:使用小包装饮片需增加调剂区域面积,小包装饮片的差错率小于传统中药饮片,小包装饮片的销量逐年上升,逐渐代替传统中药饮片成为我院的首选调配方式。结论:传统中药饮片仍有可取之处,应继承传统调剂的优点,小包装中药饮片需扬长避短,不断创新,让中药饮片发挥最大的优势,提高中医临床疗效,发挥中医药优势。%Objietive:Study and comparison on traditional herb pieces and Small-packaged Cut Crude Drugs to advance modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods:Extracted using information about traditional herb pieces and Small-packaged Cut Crude Drugs from drug management information system in our hospital. Results:Error rate of Small-packaged Cut Crude Drugs was lower than Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Small-packaged Cut Crude Drugs sales volume increased year by year and became the first selected. Conclusions:Traditional herb pieces still has some redeeming features, Small-packaged Cut Crude Drugs need develop its advantages and avoid disadvantages so as to service to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
