临床药师在肠内营养管理中的作用

摘要

Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the management of enteral nutrition. Methods: The measures clinical pharmacists taken up in the management of enteral nutrition were arranged and analysed. The changes between before and after management on enteral nutrition in our hospital were discussed. Results: It showed a standardized trend for the enteral nutrition use in our hospital through participations of clinical pharmacists. It also provides a guideline for clinical pharmacists participating in the other therapeutic drugs management.%目的：探讨我院临床药师在肠内营养管理中的作用并评价效果。方法：分析临床药师在肠内营养管理中的措施，总结管理前后我院肠内营养使用变化情况。结论：临床药师参与肠内营养管理之后，我院肠内营养制剂使用趋于规范，同时也为临床药师参与其他治疗药物管理工作提供了思路。
