目的：观察慢性宫颈炎应用药物疗法配合微波疗法临床效果。方法：对我院于2012年12月～2014年11月接受治疗的慢性宫颈炎患者应用药物疗法配合微波疗法治疗后的临床资料，根据数理统计学原理进行回顾性分析。根据随机分组原则，将所有患者随机分为治疗组（A）、对照组（B）两组，每组28例，A组接受药物疗法配合微波疗法，B组接受药物治疗。在治疗结束后对两组患者的临床症状好转情况进行数理统计学分析。结果：A组患者经过药物配合微波治疗，经数理统计学分析，总治疗有效率为92.86%，B组患者经过药物治疗总治疗有效率为71.43%。A组治疗效率显著高于B组，P<0.05具有显著差异。结论：采用药物配合微波疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎临床疗效显著，具有显著降低疾病复发率的作用，具有临床推广意义。%Objective:To investigate 56 cases of chronic cervicitis in the application of drug therapy in patients with the clinical effects of microwave therapy treatment. Methods: The hospital in December 2012 ~ November 2014 period to receive treatment in 56 cases of chronic cervicitis patients with drug therapy clinical data after microwave therapy, retrospective study analyzed according to the principles of mathematical statistics. According to the principle of randomization, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group (A), the control group(B) two groups of 28 patients, A group of patients receiving drug therapy combined with comprehensive therapy microwave therapy, group B patients receiving drug treatment . At the end of treatment for the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms improved situation mathematical statistical analysis. Results: A group of patients after the drug therapy combined with microwave treatment, by mathematical statistical analysis, the total effective rate was 92.86%, group B patients after drug treatment total effective rate was 71.43%. Obviously, the treatment efficiency of the A group were significantly higher than group B patients, and P<0.05 statistical results with a significant difference. Conclusion: The use of drug combination therapy with microwave therapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis diseases can play a more significant clinical effect, and has a significant role in reducing disease recurrence rate, drug therapy combined with microwave has important clinical application in the treatment of chronic cervicitis significance.
