企业价值评估具有广泛的用途，是投资者和管理层进行决策的重要工具之一。大型企业的股价是否反映了其真实的市场价值，是投资者关心的问题。本文针对家电行业中的“格力电器”进行价值评估，并提出相应的投资建议。%Enterprise valuation has been widely used in many fields ,and it is one of the important tools for investors and managers to make decisions .It is a common concern for investors that whether the large‐scale enterprise's share price reflects the true market value .Aiming at Gree Electric Appliances in appliance industry ,the value assessment was conducted ,and the corresponding investment advice was put forward .
