风湿寒症型类风湿性关节炎动物模型滑膜CD3、CD21和CD68的表达

             

摘要

Objective To discuss the expression of the major immune cells in synovial membrane of rheumatic cold symptoms type of RA rat models.Methods IHC was performed to detect the expres-sion of synovial membrane of CD3,CD21,CD68 in RA model group and normal group.Analyzed the main immune cell components in the regional of synovial membrane.Results The average expression rate of CD3 antibody in model group was gradually increasing in the 21th,28th,35th and 42th day af-ter modeling,and the highest was the 42th day.Compared with the normal group,the model group had significant difference at the 21th,28th,35th and 42th day after modeling(P <0.05);Compared with the normal group,the average expression rate of CD2 1 in model group had no significant difference at the four stages(P>0.05),the expression of CD68 in model group at the 28th and 35th day were high-er than the normal group,the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The inflammatory cells in the synovial membrane of RA has T lymphocytes and macrophages,and B lymphocytes are not related to the local synovial tissue of RA,but T lymphocytes are the main immune cells of RA.%①目的探讨风湿寒症型大鼠类风湿性关节炎(RA)模型滑膜区域主要免疫细胞 CD3、CD21、CD68的表达。②方法免疫组织化学方法检测风湿寒症型 RA模型组(模型组)和对照组大鼠关节滑膜区域 CD3、CD21和 CD68的表达,分析该区域的主要免疫细胞成分。③结果模型组在造模后第21、28、35、42天CD3平均表达率呈逐渐上升趋势,第42天最高;且各时间点均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);模型组与对照组CD21在各时间点相比差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05);模型组CD68在造模后第28天和35天的表达率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。④结论风湿寒症型RA动物模型滑膜区域炎细胞浸润有T淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞,而其中 T淋巴细胞是主要免疫细胞,B淋巴细胞与RA局部滑膜组织的损伤无关。
