SonLa水电站超大型潜孔弧形闸门布置形式研究

         

摘要

SonLa水电站是越南也是东南亚迄今为止规模最大的水电站,其溢洪道潜孔弧形工作闸门属于超大型弧门,设计、制造及安装均具有难度.在对国内外超大型弧形闸门的相关资料研究的基础上,对工程中最大承压水头、孔口尺寸、主框架结构件断面、支铰荷载等关键技术指标及参数进行对比分析,结合运行要求及以往潜孔弧门容易出现的问题,对此闸门及其启闭机总体采用了新型布置形式;止水采用的新型工地焊接形式刷新了提高止水安装精度要求措施的相关国内记录;为保证安装精度,针对其特宽的工程特点对采用的新材料、新工艺的支铰埋件和非常规挂点支撑形式及防卡阻措施也分别展开了理论分析和工程实践;分别采用解析法和大型三维有限元分析软件ANSYS对门体结构布置形式进行了分析评价,通过对5种荷载组合工况进行比选,确定挡水提门为控制工况,得出各构件应力和挠度均小于规范允许值,验证了本结构设计的安全性和合理性,为我国超大型潜孔弧形闸门布置的选型提供了新的设计思路.%SonLa hydropower station is by far the largest hydropower station in Vietnam, also in Southeast Asia. Its spillway submerged orifice radial gate belongs to the range of the super ones, whose design, manufacture and installation are with difficulty. Based on the research of domestic and international super radial gate data, through comparative analysis of the key technical indicators and parame-ters of the project, including the orifice size, the maximum head pressure, main frame structure section, and hinge load, etc. , accord-ing to the operation requirements and previous problems occurring to submerged orifice radial gate, a new type of layout is applied to this gate and hoist. The new welding form used refreshes the relevant domestic record on sealing installation measures to improve the accuracy requirements. To ensure the installation accuracy, research analysis and engineering practice were carried out by using new construction technology and new material on the installation of embedded parts of the hinge, unconventional hanging point support and anti-jamming measures form according to the engineering characteristics of super wide. We analyzed and evaluated the structure layout by using three-dimensional finite element analysis software ANSYS and the analytical method. We also verified the rationality of the structure layout by comparing five kinds of load combination conditions to determine the retaining water and lifting door as the working condition of control and obtain the stress and deflection of each component being less than the standard value,which provides new de-sign ideas and accumulates experiences for the selection of China's super scale submerged orifice radial gate layout.
