大惯量风力发电系统功率波动平抑控制策略综述

     

摘要

由风速波动性和间歇性引起的风机出力波动对电网安全稳定运行造成不利影响.因此,平抑输出功率波动性成为大惯量风机控制的主要研究目标之一.首先对影响风功率波动性的因素进行梳理,然后以风能利用效率为标准,将输出功率平押策略分为低风能利用型、高风能利用型和其它类型三类.从基本原理、方法、优缺点和研究趋势等多方面,对各类平抑策略进行全面综述和总结,对比归纳了不同控制策略的本质,并对未来研究方向进行讨论.此外,文中亦对风轮转动惯量与风能利用效率、功率波动性关系进行深入分析,论证了大惯量风机功率波动平抑过程中兼顾效率的重要性.%Power fluctuations of wind turbine caused by random and interim wind speed may bring negative influences on power system stability.Thus,power smoothing becomes one of the most important control objectives in control system of large-inertia wind turbine.This paper firstly analysis the factors that influence power fluctuations.Then power smoothing strategies are classified into three types,low efficiency power smoothing strategy,high efficiency power smoothing strategy and other strategy.The basic principle and theories of each type are reviewed and discussed in detail.The future research emphases of each type are discussed as well.In addition,the relationship between turbine inertia,power fluctuations and efficiency are analyzed in depth,and the importance of taking power smoothing and efficiency into account at the same is proved.
