生产运营管理课程教学内容与方法改革探讨

摘要

生产运营管理是一门工商管理专业核心课，也是一门比其他课程与实践更加密切相连的一门课。随着企业生产管理过程、教育技术和计算机软件功能发生巨大变化，生产运营管理教学改革势在必行。根据这门课的特点、在总结他人成功经验基础上，提出教学内容、“IO＋PEVW”教学组织和教学手段改革建议，以促进教学质量提高。%Production and operations management is a core course in the business administration specialty as well as a course closely related to other courses. However, with the development of the production and operations management process in the enterprises and the teaching technology as well as the computer software functions, the reform on the course is inevitable. The paper, based on the features of the course and the success teaching stories of other people, proposes ways to reform its content, organization and method and introduces the ＂10＋ PEVW＂ method.
