美国“337调查＂新趋势及涉外知识产权保护的对策——以宁波为例

Since the financial crisis,IPR trade barriers in developed countries are having a considerable increase following the aggravation of international trade protectionism. Being the focus of Sino-U.S. trading,the impact of IPR trade barriers is becoming increasingly prominent. China has been highly targeted as the main country to be investigated by the U.S.. The American ＂337 Investigation＂ is advancing to new tendencies while the studies on IPR in China made a beginning relatively late and much work needs to be done,so it is suggested that relative government institutions and indus.try associations should answer readily and play an active role in coordination so as to deal with the international IPR trade barriers.%金融危机以来，国际贸易保护主义日益加剧，贸易保护主义背景下发达国家知识产权壁垒层出不穷．知识产权壁垒对中国对外贸易的影响日渐凸显，知识产权问题已成为当前中美贸易关系的主要问题之一。作为知识产权壁垒的典型代表——“337调查”，中国已成为并将在相当长一段时间内成为美国“337调查”的重点目标国。我国知识产权保护工作起步较晚，对知识产权壁垒的研究还有待进一步深入。面对“337调查”进一步发展的新趋势，政府有关部门、行业协会和出口企业要充分发挥协调作用，共同积极应对，突破知识产权壁垒。
