In view of the high speed development and the demand of high added value for the current material recycling machine,a management system based on the two technology of Internet of things (IOT) and cloud computing is studied.The system uses hierarchical model of Internet of things to design,build function-demand scalable cloud service application layer,making material recycling machine to achieve the data sharing and mining,security monitoring,logistics monitoring and other new features.In Google app engine software development environment,use Java to achieve recycling machine various functional subsystems,to complete build software systems.Using cloud computing daily data processing capacity of up to PB-level,the massive data of the material recycling machine using mapreduce to achieve rapid processing and commercial value mining,improve its management efficiency and economic benefits.%针对当前物资回收机的高速发展和高附加值需求,研究了一种基于物联网和云计算两大技术的管理系统.系统采用物联网层次模型设计,构建了功能按需扩展的云服务应用层,实现了数据共享和挖掘、安防监控、物资流向监控等物资回收机的新功能.在Google、App、Engine软件开发环境下,应用Java语言编写物资回收机各个功能子系统,并完成软件系统的搭建.利用云计算日处理数据量高达PB级的能力,对回收机的海量数据应用MapReduce编程模型,实现快速处理和商业价值的挖掘,提高了回收机的管理效率和经济效益.
