循证护理模式对改善喉癌术后气管切开患者睡眠质量的效果评价

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the sleep quality of the patients with laryngeal canc-er postoperative tracheostomy.Methods One hundred and twenty laryngeal cancer patients with trachea incision admitted into the hospi-tal for treatment from January 2012 to January 2014 were chosen for our study.With the knowledge and consent of the patients, they were divided into the control group (n=60) and the observation group (n=60).The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing.The effects of different nursing methods were compared from the perspective of sleep quality.Results After a period of nursing, the sleep quality of the two groups was improved, but better improve-ment was obviously seen in the observation group.One and two weeks after surgery, PSQI scores of the observation group were [7.32 ± 3.17,6.82 ±2.22], and statistical significance could be noted as compared with those of the control groups(P<0.05).Rate of compli-ance for the patients of the observation group(84.6%)was obviously higher than that of the control group(59.1%), with statistical signif-icance(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with laryngeal cancer postoperative tracheostomy, evidence-based nursing could effec-tively improve the sleep quality and the rehabilitation effect.For this reason, it was worth further clinical application.%目的 分析喉癌术后气管切开患者采取循证护理模式改善睡眠质量的效果. 方法 选取2012年1月至2014年1月来我院就诊的喉癌气管切开患者120例,依据知情同意的原则分成对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组采取常规护理法进行护理,观察组则采用循证护理模式进行护理,从睡眠质量角度来比较2组的护理效果. 结果 经过一段时间的护理,2组的睡眠质量都得以改善,观察组的改善程度更为显著,观察组患者术后1周和2周PSQI(分别为7.32 ±3.17,6.82 ±2.22)低于对照组(8.61 ±2.48,8.21 ±2.32),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组完全依从性为84.6%,显著高于对照组的59.1%,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 结论 循证护理模式能够有效改善喉癌术后气管切开患者睡眠质量,提高患者的康复效果,值得推广应用.
