Objective To study the distribution of pathogens in the patients with bacterial liver abscess in Tangshan Workers ′Hospital from 2013 to 2015 and also to analyze drug resistance , so as to provide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment of the disor-der clinically , and also to provide references for clinical medication of drugs .Methods The medical data of bacterial identification from puncture fluid or ascites or secretion or venous blood in 299 patients with bacterial liver abscess hospitalized for treatment from Jan-uary 2013 to December 2015 and the detection results of drug sensitivity were retrospectively analyzed in the study .Results The patho-gens of bacterial liver abscess in the hospitalized patients were mostly Gram-negative bacilli, accounting for 88.3%, of which Esche-richia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the main pathogens , accounting for 42.1% and 27.4% respectively.Gram-positive cocci were mostly Enterococcus cocci (group D), accounting for 6.4%.Results of drug sensitivity indicated that the drug resistance of patho-gens of bacterial liver abscess varied differently to different antibiotics .Conclusion The pathogens in the patients with bacterial liver abscess were mainly Gram -negative bacilli , mostly Escherichia coli , Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae .Different bacte-ria varied differently to different antibiotics in drug sensitivity .Therefore, accurate identification of pathogens was of clinical value for the application of antibiotics .%目的 研究唐山市工人医院细菌性肝脓肿患者的病原菌分布及细菌的耐药性分析,为临床早期诊治提供客观依据,从而指导临床用药.方法 回顾性分析唐山市工人医院2013年1月至2015年12月收治的299例细菌性肝脓肿患者的穿刺液或腹水或分泌物或静脉血细菌鉴定以及药敏检测的结果.结果 2013-2015年唐山市工人医院收治的细菌性肝脓肿患者感染的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌的居多,占88.3%;其中以大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌居多,分别占42.1%和27.4%;革兰阳性球菌以粪肠球菌(D群)居多,构成比占6.4%.药敏结果显示,细菌性肝脓肿的致病菌对不同抗生素产生的耐药率不同.结论 细菌性肝脓肿患者感染的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,主要为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌;不同的细菌对不同的抗生素敏感率不同,因此,必要时准确的诊断致病菌对临床抗生素的指导用药更有治疗价值.
