目的 研究分析腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌的临床效果.方法 择取2014年11月至2015年11月陕西省铜川市妇幼保健院诊治的98例早期胃癌患者,经医院伦理委员会批准,患者知情同意,并签署知情同意书后,运用计算机抽签法平分成2组,每组49例.对照组:采取传统开腹手术治疗;治疗组:采取腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗.结果 治疗组的总有效率91.84%(45/49)远远大于对照组的79.59%(39/49),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组患者相关手术指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组患者发生并发症的概率远远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜下胃癌根治术治疗早期胃癌的疗效显著,具有创伤小、恢复快以及并发症率低等特点,值得在临床治疗中推广应用.%Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the patients with early gastric canc -er.Methods Ninety-eight patients with early gastric cancer , who received medical care in the hospital from November 2014 to Novem-ber 2015 were chosen for the study .The patients were equally divided into two groups:the control group that received conventional open abdominal surgery , and the treatment group that was treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy .Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.84%(45/49), which was much higher than that of the control group (79.59%) (39/49).Statistical signifi-cance could be noted when comparisons were made between the 2 groups.The surgical data of the treatment group were significantly bet-ter than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).The rate of complications in the treatment group was much lower than that in the control group, also with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic radi-cal gastrectomy for the patients with early gastric cancer is ideal , with the features of minor trauma , quick recovery and low rate of com-plications , which is worth further clinical extension .
