应用型本科院校文科人才培养探析

摘要

A student of liberal arts in an application-oriented university is between his counterpart educated for academic research and one trained with skills for application. He is a type of person that has been educated with humanities and has good practical abilities and innovative ability. The application-oriented university should pay special attention to the aims in the education for students of liberal arts. By setting the orientation, the target and the market, the university shall find an application-oriented talent cultivation approach which integrates university education, social education, cooperative education and open education.%应用型文科人才是介于学术研究型人才和技能适用型人才之间，具有良好人文社会科学素养、较强实践能力和创新能力的文科专业人才。应用型本科院校要找准文科人才培养的基本定位，通过培养目标定位、能力定位、服务面向定位等创新应用型文科人才的培养模式，构建学校教育、社会教育、合作教育于一体的应用型文科人才培养路径。
