高职教育服务沿海开发的思路与对策

摘要

沿海开发是南通高职教育为南通经济社会发展服务也是促进自身大发展的战略机遇，目前在经费投入、校企合作、师资队伍建设、专业设置等方面与沿海开发的产业发展需求仍有很大的差距。为此，根据南通区域经济发展和沿海开发的特点，结合南通高职教育实际，提出了一系列有针对性的建议对策，以期更好地为沿海开发培养优质的应用型高技能人才。%The coastal development is a strategic opportunity for Nantong vocational education to serve the development of socioeconomic development in Nantong and to promote its self-growth. However, the vast gap between funds investment, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching staff construction, major settings and the need for coastal industry development exists. Hence, according to the characteristics of regional economic de-velopment and coastal development in Nantong, plus the status of vocational education, the article proposes a series of well-directed suggestions, in order to cultivate more high-skill talents for coastal development.
