借鉴国际经验的上海国际文化大都市建设思路

摘要

Based on the concept of metropolis, this paper puts forward the idea that the essential connotation and guidelines for international culture metropolises are international cultural cohesion, productivity and radi-ation power. Learning from such typical international metropolises as New York, Paris, and Tokyo, experience and measures on the shaping of international cultural metropolis are summarized. Suggestions are also pro-posed on the development of Shanghai as an international cultural metropolis.%全球性的文化集聚力、文化生产力和文化辐射力是国际文化大都市的本质内涵和判断、衡量标准。从纽约、巴黎、伦敦及东京等典型城市的发展，总结归纳出国际文化大都市建设的主要经验，并提出上海国际文化大都市建设的思路。
