Great changes have taken place to world trade in the post-crisis period. The total amount of foreign trade in Nantong has experienced tremendous increase in the post-crisis period, but the speed has also been restricted due to trade barriers by European countries and the US. Faced with the elusive protection for European countries and the US, municipal government, foreign trade business and enterprises should strengthen the research and judgment of protectionism and take effective countermeasures to ensure the faster and better development of foreign trade in Nantong.%后危机时期世界贸易发生深刻变化。南通的外贸总量在后危机时期出现了快速增长，但面临欧美国家的贸易壁垒也大幅增加，外贸增速受到严重制约。面对欧美国家贸易保护措施日趋隐蔽的态势下，南通政府部门和外贸行业、企业应当加强欧美贸易保护主义发展趋势的研判，切实采取有效措施应对欧美贸易壁垒，保障和促进后危机时期南通地区对外贸易实现又好又快发展。
